What counts as a qualifying purchase?
A paid order whose shop items add up to €20 or more once discounts are deducted. Shipping, gift cards and courses do not count.
When does my stamp appear?
As soon as the payment for your order is confirmed. You need to be signed in when you order: an order placed without an account does not earn a stamp.
How do I collect stamps?
Each qualifying order adds one stamp to your card, which you will find in your member area.
What happens after 5 stamps?
Your card is complete and unlocks 10% off your next order.
When can I use my 10% reward?
On your next order, once your card is complete.
What happens to my stamp if my order is cancelled or refunded?
If the order is cancelled or fully refunded while the card is still being collected, the stamp is removed. A card that is already complete is kept.
